A national listing site can tell you a house has three bedrooms. It cannot tell you whether the water comes from a town system or a shared well, which fire district the lot sits in, whether the road is plowed by the county or by the six neighbors who share it, or which school district the address falls in. Up here those four answers decide what a house costs to own, and they change from one community to the next — sometimes from one side of a road to the other.
So this page is organized the way the questions arrive: by community. Each guide below is written from the water provider's, the fire district's, the school district's and the county's own pages, with the date each detail was read. A community we have not finished reading up on says so and says how far along it is — that is a more useful answer than a paragraph written from memory, because the people who already live there would know immediately.
